Description

A Haunting in Venice is the third Hercule Poirot mystery that Kenneth Branagh Poirot has brought to the screen, and it's my favorite of the series by far. Based on Hallowe'en Party by Agatha Christie. Adapted for the screen by Michael Green, directed by Branagh himself. Starring Branagh, Tina Fey, Michelle Yeoh, Jamie Dornan, Kelly Reilly, Jude Hill, Camille Cottin, Ali Khan, Emma Laird, Kyle Allen, and Riccardo Scamarcio.

On Halloween or all Hallows' Eve as they call it in a post War II Europe, Poirot has retired doing anything resembling detective work. His friend, celebrated author Ariadne Oliver wants him to help her disprove a medium's claim that she can talk to the dead.
