International Cat Day is a celebration that takes place on August 8th of every year. The observance was created in 2002 by the International Fund for Animal Welfare, as a day to raise awareness for cats and learn about ways to help and protect them. But what about cats in our own backyard here in Santa Barbara? KCSB's Daniel Huecias finds out!
