On February 18, the Goleta City Council held a workshop to review and refine its 2025-2027 Strategic Plan, which outlines the city’s priorities for the next two years. The meeting featured discussions on revisions of the strategic plan, with council members and the public commenting on issues such as Old Town development, affordable housing, and language accessibility, and etc. KCSB’s Eva Wang reports.
