Too many young people have died by falling from the bluffs of Isla Vista. In the wake of the most recent death of Benny Schurmer, a 19-year-old SB City College Student, County Supervisor Laura Capps has collaborated on an eight-point safety improvement plan that could help save lives and make the Isla Vista bluffs more safe.
