KCSB's Lina Lim speaks with Julia Pennick, director of UC Santa Barbara's Campus Advocacy, Resources and Education (CARE) office. Topics include ways to intervene safely as a bystander, what resources to turn to when facing interpersonal violence, and learn about practical steps you can take to look out for yourself and your friends while enjoying all that Isla Vista has to offer. October is also relationship violence awareness month.
