The Isla Vista Community Services District held a town hall Tuesday to gather public input on Deltopia, an upcoming unsanctioned block party that takes place in IV the first weekend of April. The majority of the meeting consisted of community members, government officials, and law enforcement discussing the plans for April, while the rest was devoted to discussing how people would like to see Deltopia develop in the coming years.
