KCSB 91.9 FM News, in association with The Bottom Line and The Daily Nexus, hosted a debate between the two candidates running for the 3rd District seat on the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors.
Joan Hartmann and Bruce Porter fielded questions from a panel of UC Santa Barbara student journalists and shared their views on important topics facing the 3rd District and Santa Barbara County.
The debate took place at the Isla Vista Theater on October 13th, 2016.
