Description

Stress is an unfortunate part of daily life for many people. A free program at UC Santa Barbara is being held in October, offering ways to reduce stress by practicing 'mindfulness.' The event is being led by Dr. Jay Winner. He's a Santa Barbara family physician and author.

KCSB's Eunice Tree spoke with Dr. Winner to find out more about this mindfulness program at UCSB and how he first became interested in stress reduction and mindfulness.
