46 years ago this month, an orca was captured and taken to live at a water theme park. Carpinteria resident Peggy Oki is on a mission, trying to convince owners of the Miami sea aquarium that's holding Lolita to let her go. Oki speaks with KCSB associate news director Nkechi Ikem about her efforts - and how she's enlisting the help of other animal lovers to help to get Lolita back into the ocean.
