Homelessness continues as a nationwide crisis and Santa Barbara is no exception. The Santa Barbara Alliance for Community Transformation – or SB ACT – has been working to uplift the homeless population and help them achieve “street exits”. KCSB’s Zoha Malik sits down with SB ACT Program Coordinator Kayla Petersen for more.
