Today on Sojourner Truth, our weekly roundtable.

The Mueller report has national and international implications as well as new developments in North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua. On Thursday, April 18, William Barr (Trump's Attorney General) released Special Counsel Robert Mueller's final 448-page report on Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.

During a press conference held an hour and a half before even Congress or the public were able to see the heavily-redacted report, Barr whitewashed its findings. He repeatedly declared that Trump had been cleared of conspiracy, saying Mueller's investigation did not establish a conspiracy with the Russian government. He made a political speech in an attempt to establish that Donald Trump had a right to react to the investigation in the way that he did. On the issue of obstruction, Barr said he disagreed with some of the cases the Mueller report laid out as examples of obstruction of justice. We'll be discussing the main takeaways and reaction from our panelists.

Our panelists are Laura Carlsen, Jackie Goldberg and Dr. Gerald Horne
