The GOP has closed ranks and is refusing the demand from Democrats and over 70 percent of people in the United States polled that witnesses should be heard, including John Bolton. Will this be seen as the death knoll for U.S. claims of being a democracy? What are the implications for the nation? What are the implications for people around the world, who don't get to vote for the U.S. president, but given the military and economic might of the U.S., know that this will have a big impact on their lives?
On Tuesday, January 28, Trump announced his so-named deal for peace between Israelis and Palestinians. He called it "The Deal of the Century." Palestinians are calling it the "Slap in the Face of the Century." What is in the deal and who will benefit?
