Tuesday: The Supreme Court issues a mixed ruling on affirmative action in university and college admissions, allowing race as an admissions criteria but calling for “strict scrutiny” making it more difficult for universities to implement affirmative action. Our guest is Georgetown University law professor David Cole.

And today is day two of the Trayvon Martin case. The judge has made a controversial ruling that is a setback for the prosecution who has to prove that George Zimmerman is guilty of second degree murder. Our guest is Professor Paul Butler of Georgetown University.

Also, civil rights icon Julian Bond weighs in on both the Supreme Court affirmative action ruling and the Trayvon Martin case.
