I was invited for a guest mix on Vancouver's Art of Beatz radio show on 100.5 FM. One of the oldest running shows in the area (20 years+) I was told I had carte blanche on what to submit. Decided to rinse out some flavours that have been captivating me recently. Moving from more downtempo vibes into percussive mid tempo breakbeat and finally into some more driving dnb/halftime'ish stuff. It finishes strong. I was working three decks for this one trying to hang on to certain tracks/loops a bit longer than normal. There are some things I really liked and some things that I would do differently. Either way, pleasantly happy with this one.
Sounds from @djrum @tellusdnb @paradox-music-uk @joy-orbison @arcane-scmusic are the standouts for me on this one.
