In Romans 15 Paul describes his desires for the future and asks his readers to pray for him that this would come about. The prayer is answered, but almost certainly not in the way he would have wanted. We explore together how we approach disappointment, what it teaches us and why Jesus is still worth following even if he doesn’t do what we might choose.
