Revelation 15 begins with a glimpse of the people of God gathered around the shore of eternity, singing the praises of their deliverer. We are then shown the purposes of God in these end times to bring his wrath on those who stand against him and refuse to repent. Gods wrath is not like our anger, it is a strong and settled opposition to all that is evil. For all who stand in pride against God there will come a day when there is no more opportunity for repentance. But for all who humbly come to him, Jesus has taken the cup of God’s wrath from us at the cross.
