Yesterday the House voted against a resolution that would have required the President to either get a war declaration or pull US troops from the wars in the Middle East. Meanwhile Defense Secretary Ashton Carter told the House Armed Services Committee that the US cannot find enough Iraqis and Syrians to fight against ISIS in the Middle East.
