What makes Jeff a Hometown Hero?
Jeff is a teacher, bus driver and softball coach at Enka high school. He’s a dad and husband and takes care of the high school softball field. He is a mentor to my daughter and lots of other young athletes in the area. Jeff does hitting lessons for lots of young girls that are struggling in their hitting in softball. He teaches them new ways to better their game, but mostly he teaches them confidence and skills for life. It does not matter whether they are from Enka or wherever he treats them the same. He teaches teenagers how to adjust and be a better player and a better person all around. He is great with everyone he comes across!
