Every year she holds an event to raise money for Asheville humane society. It's called rockin for rescue. She also held a valentine event this year to help Rusty's legacy after their building burnt down. She's also raised money for the aspca. Last year rockin' for rescue raised $65,000 for the Asheville humane society. She invites rescues and a bunch of people in town for free to have a booth to help with donations and help people. 8 years ago she rescued a dog named Roscoe and made him famous for what he went through and how people in this county helped out. She's a big supporter of rescues and she gives money to the spay and neuter clinics to help with that and a bunch of other stuff.
