Fourteen (14) years after war crimes were committed by Ben Roberts-Smith, an Australian court has ruled that the SAS veteran is a murderer. This was apart of a defamation action by Ben Roberts-Smith not part of a criminal trial. Only one other soldier has been charged for the 39 murders committed by 25 SAS troops in Afghanistan. - Ian Curr, 1 June 2023.
