Andy looks back in history to the time of the military coup in Chile in 1973. Paradigm Shift commemorates the 50th anniversary of the original September 11th tragedy - the CIA-backed coup when Augusto Pinochet overthrew the democratically elected socialist government of Chile. It's repercussions are still being felt in Chile and elsewhere. Andy spoke to Chilean refugee Rodolpho Allemand about the coup, the movement that preceded it, and why we should remember it 50 years on. Also they played some of the legendary artists from the Cancion Nueva movement of protest music that had happened in the decade before the coup.
