The life and character of Jesus could be described with one word: generosity. He was generous toward people who were nothing like him and who could give him nothing in return. Now we have been called to love others exactly how Jesus has loved us. The most powerful expression of that love is no strings attached generosity. But it is not natural. It is not common. In fact, it is a little crazy. But if we learn how to be generous it has the power to change everything.
