In the first hour, we had some pretty eclectic new tracks. From slow beats to faster ones, from newcomers to stars... It's great to see how many forms the broken scene takes.
In the second hour, special guest DJ Ottoman came on. He's a real pioneer of breakbeat in the Czech Republic. In the mid 90s he founded (with Mr. Cucumber) the big beat project The Tchendos with whom he released the now cult vinyl Ajtakrajta (1997). During the interview (which also featured a secret guest DJ Voita) we played some samples of The Tchendos' early production and then DJ Ottoman played a short set from his old breakbeat records.
