Episode #130 - We all eat out in a variety of restaurants from time to time and being in the business, its only natural to form strong objective opinions of how well the other guys do it. We critique everything from our fresh perspective.. the food, the service, the atmosphere and curb appeal. Funny thing, this doesn’t always happen in evaluating our own operation. Its so easy to get so close to our business that we miss many fine details.

Well once again, I’m on the road driving cross-country. I had a chance to eat out several times a day in a wide variety of places. So today, I’m telling you about two dining experiences that really stood out for different reasons. I hope it helps you take a fresh look at your restaurant or hospitality enterprise, and give you some food for thought.
