Brockout Volume 4 - MS OGYNY
Next up in the mix series is Brockout resident and queen of the Southwest underground, Ms Ogyny, aka Shibby .
It's been a massive year for Shibs, with a busy schedule of UK-wide gigs including Don't, I Love Acid, Orbital Gathering, and NSC - as well as consistently tearing up our Exeter parties.
Volume 4 is a perfect introduction to Ms Ogyny's sound and style - a hypnotic, acid-soaked excursion off the beaten tracks of techno and electro. In her own words...
"A meandering mix of old and new - featuring tracks from all over the globe, as well as a special yet-to-be-released track from the late ReKaB. This was an unplanned mix I recorded at home last month (hence you may be able to hear some false starts beginning to creep in at times!) but it gives an overall flavour of what I tend to dig: dubby, acid-y, electronic groove-based music."
