It’s been almost 14 years since Guto Fernandez started playing in Brazil where he was born and raised. By that time, his passion for house music was already clear, but he was still creating his identity. But it was in 2012 that things took another direction when Guto decided to go to Europe for the first time to explore the electronic music scene deeply and widely. It’s been already nine years since he first step in Barcelona, city where he lived for eight years… and Guto not only could play on big clubs such as Razzmatazz, La Terrrazza, Pacha, Macarena and City Hall, but he also organized a few parties and became very respected in the scene of Barcelona, specially when talking about house music. In the last few years, Guto became a resident of Jackies, one of the most important house music parties from Barcelona and he shared the booth with Louie Vega, Kevin Saunderson, Mighty Mouse, Luke Solomon, Chus & Ceballos, among others… Guto Fernandez also played a few times in Ibiza including clubs such as Eden, Amsterdam, France and Italy. Also very important to mention that Guto is one of the owners of Tree Sixty One, an independent record label based half in Brazil and half in Europe.Tree Sixty has been establishing its role in the House Music industry for the past 8 years, having organized showcases and parties on many different places around the world and also with a catalog of releases from more that 40 different artists from all around the world and more than 60 digital releases. As a producer, apart from creating and producing his own songs (also under the alias Good2u), we should highlight his side project called "Masters On Vacation'', a project which Guto shares with one of his big friends, the very talented producer, Jaime Coins. Right now, after almost 2 years of pandemic, almost every artist in the world reinvented themselves a little bit and it wasn’t different with Guto, who managed to keep playing in small private parties in Barcelona and keep on learning and connecting from local DJs coming from all over the world. It was time for another big step and that's when he decided to move to Athens and drink from the source of such a rich culture like the Greek one. After almost a month of understanding the scene and connecting with local artists, Guto feels ready and super hyped to show a little bit of a new sound and identity where he keeps playing mostly house music and #goodvibes sessions, but now with much more influence from Disco (Old school, Nu-disco and why not some futuristic grooves) which will be melted on his music with influences coming from Chicago and New York back in the days, adapted to modern adult dance floors.
