Eating healthy in college, and in general, can be a challenge. Katie Ruffino, Pre-PA student at Marquette, found the adjustment to cafeteria eating more difficult than she anticipated. But using Instagram as an inspiration, she learned and shares her techniques for plant-based, label-free, mindful eating.
