What happens when a drummer and a pianist that both have a passion for electronical music and DJ-ing become roommates, living in an Amsterdam apartment? You’ll end up with the creative collaboration called FLEAUX & LLout! These guys have been close friends for over a decade and started rocking the turntables almost right away. Because of their broad musical background, they quickly became an octopus-like sensation when it comes to combining several styles in one set. Twisting them into a melodical whirlwind of deep house, tech-house and techno that takes you on a timeless journey through sound. A journey you will remember.
Last year they launched their very own exclusive dance event called ‘Springtij’ (Dutch for ‘Riptide’), a series of boat parties featuring local talent as well as the occasional international heavyweight. At these parties FLEAUX & LLout also bring the heat from behind the 1’s and 2’s, with great tracks and one or two of their own productions under the alias “Riptide Soundsystem”, aided by their good friend and mentor, the legendary producer Tusk.
This Deepsoundz-podcast became a melody-focused mix of their recent favorites and a few tracks from artists playing the next edition of Springtij on the 27th of May.
