Matthew 6:25-33
An anxious heart will weigh you down, but scripture says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, we present our requests to God, and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, at that point, will guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus.”
