I Kings 2:1-4
“... keep the charge of the LORD your God: to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, His commandments, His judgments, and His testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn..”
What note would I leave if I just had moments left to live? What would I like to pass on to my children as my most important admonition? What words could I leave them that would continue to help them long after I was gone?
I think I have found just the right words in the Scripture Lesson that was read this morning.
I think I would share these dying words of David to his son, Solomon.
