Genesis 16:1-2
It struck me this past week that it is not enough to just know God’s will. When we have a promise or a direction from the Lord, we need to always realize that there are three elements involved: God’s will, God’s way, and God’s timing.
To not take all three of these into consideration really can cause us a lot of anxiety, frustration, and stress, and can result in our missing the blessed life we could be living.
I submit that this is the key to holy living: Living in God’s will, in God’s way, and in God’s timing.
