Sadly, we live in a culture really, where many of us live without honor. Just turn on your television or read the news and you will have to admit we’re becoming a culture that is really without honor. In Mark 6:5-6 we learn that Jesus was actually limited in what He was able to do in his own hometown because the people who should have honored Him the most, honored Him the least. We find here a Biblical principle that explains why the churches in our nation are so powerless and ineffective today, and also why the foundational institutions of our land are falling apart. At the heart of it all is honor.
