As followers of Christ, we will sooner or later find ourselves in situations much akin to the Israelites’ Red Sea Experience. We will find ourselves helpless and hopeless with no escape, and calamity closing in upon us. It is at those times, we learn, that God manifests Himself most palpably in our lives, and that we get to see just how great a God we serve.
Over time we learn to get excited when we find ourselves between the figurative “rock and a hard place,” because we know that God is about to do something marvelous in our lives.
