Revelation 3:1-6
The church at Sardis was a church with great reputation. They were known far and wide, and they were active, filled with activity, action, and programs, they were huge, some called it a mega-church because of its large fellowship. They are proud because of the success of their programs and activities. By the world’s standards they were successful, but then notice what the Lord says: “you are dead.”
