Mark 3:31-35
Last week we saw Abraham called to leave his country, his people and his father’s household and go where God told him to go. Because Abraham believed, he obeyed. In Abraham, we see a model of what the faith looks like.
Today we examine a snippet of our Lord’s life and allow Him to show us Himself what this leaving country, people, family and land to follow God looks like.
As we do so, we learn that God’s business takes priority over earthly business and that our relationship with God always takes priority over human relationships.
