Actor and author Hill Harper has always put education first. His books, including, “Letters to a Young Brother” and “Letters to a Young sister,” focus on steering kids away bad influences and toward education, being community minded, and have self respect.
Harper’s efforts have led to being recognized as the Muhammad Ali Humanitarian of the year in education.
Harper will be in Louisville this Saturday to accept the award and he joins us this morning to talk about education, his books, and Ali.
