The winners of the 2018 Grawemeyer Awards are being announced this week, starting with Music Composition. This year’s winner features a piano trio that, in the composer’s words, tries to “escape the shadow of the orchestra.” Daniel Gilliam from WFPL sister station WUOL has more on Danish composer Bent Sorenson.
