Last week, Greater Louisville Arts -- a committee of local cultural leaders -- released a draft of the Louisville Master Plan for the Arts, a project that was meant to take stock of the city’s cultural assets and areas of future improvement.
But after looking at the draft, the steering committee felt that the responses to the surveys used to create the Master Plan needed more diversity. They have since decided to extend the window to respond to surveys.
