Jeffersonville businessman Trey Hollingsworth defeated four opponents in the May primary to capture the Republican nomination for Congress in Indiana’s 9th district.
Now he faces Democrat Shelli Yoder and Libertarian Russell Brooksbank for the seat held by Republican Todd Young, who’s running for U.S. Senate.
Hollingsworth is owner of Hollingsworth Capital Partners, based in Tennessee, which rehabilitates warehouses and manufacturing sites around the country.
He spoke with WFPL’s Rick Howlett about his candidacy.
