Description

Welcome to a super special episode of the Blacksmith's Furnace, we hope you are all well and gearing up for the release of the lockdown, hopefully there's not too much longer to go in the current situation.

On today's episode we are joined by a very good friend and brother, Nathaniel Tetteh. Nat served in the British Army as a Bomb disposal specialist for two tours to Iraq and Afghanistan and is now a police officer in Loughborough, he joined us to talk army life, PTSD and his experience as a black police officer in these special times we find ourselves in.

In addition to the great insights he brought Nat also debuted his own new YouTube channel simply called Nathaniel Tetteh check it out here https://www.youtube.com/user/theprofila, talk about a great Hookup.

Mo suggested checking out a 7 day guided journal challenge to help people process the harrowing images and conversations about police brutality and the unfair treatment of the black community in America and indeed in the world.
