The Rock and The Rockstar holding down the fort this week in the absence of man lyk Mo. Looks like acquiring a masters ahanges people!!!
Both Pete and Rob took turns in the hot seat with Rob dealing with the recent news of an LGBTQ+ professing artist winning some Christian awards and reflecting on Kanye West doing similar in Christian rap. Pete in turn had to deal with how he would explain the modern progressive changes that are happening in society like same sex parents to his daughter.
We then go on to talk about the recent video of renowned Gospel artist Kirk Franklin completely losing his cool and dropping all kinds of profanity in an argument with his son. We discuss the response this has had from the Christian community and give our thoughts on Kirk's actions and words and what they mean. At the end of the day , despite anything we think we do hope that relationship is healed and renewed and the family are well!
For our hookups Peter suggested checking out the new Snyder cut of Justice League and Rob suggested having a watch of the movie Inside Out which despite having watched it before still managed to get him tearing up!
