Official past the half way mark and for the most part it's been a pretty interesting year for everyone on the furnace.
So today we took stock!
How the years so far has gone, the highs the lows, and what were gonna do to make sure the rest of the year does or doesn't follow suit!
It was a really personal conversation but one we would encourage everyone to have, it's always good to have an evaluation of sorts regularly.
