Once again, Breakfast of Champions delivered as my favorite party of the year, and 2015 has only just begun! I was honored to play one of the closing slots in the outdoor tents. Despite a few technical difficulties, the dancefloor stuck with me and its energy got me through my set after a long fun-filled day. If you were there for my set, I danced and jumped my heart out on stage... I think I literally felt the music in my veins! Thank you all for starting my new year off so perfectly!
Another highlight of my BOC was helping organize the Space Cowboys 4th annual food drive for SF-Marin Food Bank. Our amazing volunteers at the door collected $8,895 in cash, online donors generously gave $1,590 and the Space Cowboys matched $10,465. Not only did we beat last year's fundraising by $841, we also broke the $10,000 mark of total donations collected!
In total, with the Space Cowboys match, Breakfast of Champions attendees/fans donated $20,950 and 400 lb of food. Thanks to everyone for their generosity for helping make such an amazing contribution and provide a meal of champions to our community!
