Left Behind was inspired by the emotional rollercoaster I went through in 2021.
I've reached that age where all my friends around me have found their significant others and have started settling down. I felt like a lot of people might be in my shoes, single & yearning for "the one", afraid that everyone is moving on and they're being left behind. So I bought the beat and wrote the song shortly after another one of my closest friends announced his engagement. I plan to target mostly the single people of this world with this song, as they'll most likely be able to relate, but it's a catchy tune too.
