After killing his best friend, Mac runs away to a sweaty temple in order to get a haircut and learn no discernible lessons. Meanwhile, the ancient Zoroastrian demon he abandoned appears to have done nothing and harmed no one in his absence. Mac then returns to exploit his friendship with Joe and resume his fight with Ahriman, which now involves resurrected grad students for some reason. The Rewatchers breakdown Ahriman's pointless schemes, wonder what happened to Methos, and can't believe Joe puts up with Mac's BS.
