Alt Pop - At the second time of asking, I managed to sit down with Richard, Stef and Sam, the trio that make up Nottingham band Twin Kidd to have a conversation about the band and their musical likes and dislikes. We tried once at a gig at The Maze in Nottingham, but failed miserably as there was nowhere quiet for us to speak at all! Everything happens for a reason though, as I convinced them to bring their instruments to play a live session for me to record which ended up sounding great!
This was a landmark episode in so far as it's the first time that a full drum kit has been recorded for a Proc-Cast production and it was a real success. The tracks came out sounding good and lessons were learned about how HQ works best in recording a full band live! As for the studio tracks, they are only just being released so listen to this episode for your chance to hear them first!
