Action Ready is a local volunteer run collective that organises legal observation at protests as well as important community education about the rights of protestors in Queensland. Alani highlighted the role of legal observation and educating the community about their legal rights. We discussed recent ongoing protest actions & the concerning pattern of overpolicing of Palestinian solidarity protests and the introduction of more invasive search powers.
