Belle speaks to Dr Georgia Van Toorn (Senior Lecturer at the School of Social Sciences UNSW), about the development, implementation and impacts of computer generated assessment tools for NDIS and aged care. She highlighted instances where needs are incorrectly assessed when standardised, and concerns around particularly impacted community groups such as people with complex or invisible disabilities.
