Devin Arkison (Devo) Arkison started his lacrosse journey in Summit, New Jersey where he earned All-America honors as a high school player. He played on to state championship teams at Summit high school and was named New Jersey player of the year as a senior. He went on to be a 3-time All-American defenseman at Hobart College where he played on 4 Dave Urick coached Division III National Championship teams. Arkison is a member of the New Jersey Lacrosse Hall of fame. Today he lives in orange County California where he started Lockdown D. a startup that teachers defensive skills to individual and small groups in preparation for playing college lacrosse. He is one of best in the country at teaching the fundamentals of playing great defense. Arkison unpacks his lacrosse journey from Summit New Jersey to Geneva, New York, from Wall Street to Orange County California and launching a lacrosse startup, and what made Dave Urick a Hall of Fame coach and someone his former players continue to quote. .
