Was macht einen DJ aus? Die Masse an Musik, die er veröffentlicht hat? Seine Social
Media – Präsenz? Sein einflussreiches Netzwerk? Oder nicht doch viel mehr die
sorgfältige Auswahl; das erfahrene Gehör; Performance; musikalische Reichweite &
Wissen sowie die Art und Weise, Stimmungen zu steuern und die Zuhörer schlüssig
mitzunehmen – und zwar zu Dingen, zu denen sie von selbst wohlmöglich gar nicht
gelangt wären? Eine Frage der eigenen Philosophie. Audiorität bringt seine Philosophie
mit den Perlen sämtlicher Stilprägungen der elektronischen Musik manchmal
beflügelnd-trippy auf die Tanzfläche, wie zum Beispiel in seinen regelmäßigen All-nightlong-Sets
in der Hamburger Mandalay. Gleichwohl legt er in anderen Situationen dank
rotziger Krachererplatten gemeinsam mit dem Publikum den Club in Schutt und Asche –
und alle haben Spaß dabei! So zum Beispiel in seinem Veranstaltungskonzept „Tagzwo“
im gleichgeorteten Fundbureau. Was passieren wird, bestimmt das Hier, Jetzt und der
Vibe. Und jetzt feiern wir gemeinsam eine fette Party – selbstverständlich aus 100%
analogem Material!

What defines a DJ? The huge amount of music he has released? His social media presence?
His influential network of contacts?
Or is it actually the careful selection of sounds, the experienced sense of hearing, the
performance itself and the musical range and knowledge? Being able to control and
navigate emotions and to take the listeners on a trip to somewhere new – to a place which
they otherwise wouldn’t have entered? It’s a question of the DJ’s personal philosophy.
Audiorität brings his own philosophy together with the raw diamonds of electronical music
to the dance floor – creating an inspiring/trippy atmosphere for example at his regular allnight-long
sets at Mandalay, a night club situated in the Sternschanze in Hamburg.
On another occasions he likes to break down the walls and rip the club apart, together with
an excited audience - thanks to snotty vinyls and stomper records. His event concept
„Tagzwo“ in the club Fundbureau in Hamburg is an example for this.
Whatever is going to happen is determined by the here and now and the vibe.
